DYNAMIC LOAD BALANCING FUNCTION

The BENY BCP AC EV charger for domestic use is equipped with DLB (Dynamic Load Balancing) technology.

When the EV charger is operated simultaneously with other household appliances, the DLB box ensures that the total household current is dynamically balanced.

This function guarantees electrical safety and prevents household overloads, enabling safe and efficient charging of your electric vehicle.

PEN FAULT DETECTION

The AC EV charger with PEN protection actively monitors the electrical system. In the event of a fault, it automatically disconnects all poles, including the earth conductor.

As a renowned supplier of EV chargers, BENY's Type 2 AC charger design incorporates a contactor that isolates the earth. When the PEN line is disconnected, contactors KM1 and KM2 are immediately and automatically disengaged.

Only a minimum leakage current of less than 1mA flows between CP and PE to the L line. This leakage current is below the limit of human perception, ensuring that there is no risk to the safety of people using the charger.
