Pursuant to Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a cooling-off period of 14 days from the delivery of the products ordered on our website.

After having informed us of your decision, you then have the maximum period of 14 days to return or restitute the goods.

The right of withdrawal also applies if the product is sold or destocketed.

If the partial delivery of goods during a period agreed with the customer the withdrawal period is individually for each good to their recession.

Notification of the right of withdrawal

The simple return of the good or the refusal to take delivery is not enough to express your will to retract. You must send us the standard withdrawal form or another written expression of your wish to withdraw.

In order to accelerate the process of retraction, when customers communicate their intention, CLIMALED.FR will provide you with a retraction form.

Return Policy

If you wish to return an online order, please follow the instructions below.

Please fill out the withdrawal form, print the corresponding invoice and attach it to your items.

It is the responsibility of the consumer to bear the costs of return. For customers located in metropolitan France, we have the service of reshipment for a value of 5% of the total order with a minimum of 60€ TTC.

We will confirm the recession of returned products.

Under the right of withdrawal, we will reimburse you within 14 working days following the date on which we have been notified of your wish to withdraw, this period may be deferred until the day we receive the product(s) returned to the address mentioned above.

We thank you to keep your proof of shipment and your purchase invoice until your full refund.

Return Conditions

If you have decided to return a product, you must ensure that has been kept in its original condition and packaging. The product must be returned to us with all accessories and instructions.

Will be refused returns of products that have already been installed or have damage to the item or its packaging. Damaged, torn or written packaging also cannot be returned.

Refunds

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council, all our refunds are made by the same payment method as the one used at the time of your order.

We will reimburse you within 14 working days following the date on which we have been notified of your wish to retract, this period may be postponed until the day on which we receive the product(s) returned to the address mentioned above.

CLIMALED.FR reserves the right to deduct from the refund any amount for returned products that are damaged. You will be refunded the amount corresponding to the price of the returned products, excluding delivery costs, if any, except in case of use of the right of withdrawal.
