Reason for payment failure - Credit card Visa / Mastercard
Most refused payments are associated with the following reasons:

"Transaction declined (limit exceeded)" or "Transaction declined by the authorization system": This reason for failure usually means that the spending limit on the card has been reached. In this situation, we recommend that you check your authorized spending limit or contact your bank advisor for more information.
"3-D Secure authentication failed": The 3-D Secure authentication was required to complete the payment but could not complete it. In this case, the difficulty is only on your side because 3-D Secure is managed entirely by the bank issuing the card. We recommend contacting your bank or trying with another card. The cause of this failure may be the following:
- Your card does not benefit from this feature. You did not fill in the code received by sms (for example, at the time of payment you did not have your phone on you).
- You waited too long before filling in the code (the 3-D Secure window remains open only for a few minutes).
- Your bank's 3-D Secure server is experiencing a temporary malfunction. You're using a banking application to validate the authentication but cannot get it to work or it is malfunctioning.
