Return Policy

If you have purchased an item on CLIMALED.fr, you have 14 working days after delivery to return your order. After informing us of your decision, you have a maximum of 14 days to return the goods.
It is the consumer's responsibility to bear the cost of return. For customers located in metropolitan France, we have the service of reshipment for a value of 5% of the order's total with a minimum of 50€ Vat Incl. and a maximum of 250€ Vat Incl. After we receive the returned merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email and if all conditions are respected the refund will be processed.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days after we have received this form regarding your decision to withdraw and receipt of the product. The payment method used to make the refund is the same as the one used for the purchase.
In order to ensure faster processing, please ensure that all conditions of our exchange and return policy are met.

Terms of withdrawal

1) The equipment must be returned in its original packaging with its straps, in perfect condition, accompanied by all accessories and instructions, if any, as well as the invoice and this completed form;
2) No damage to the product;
3) The prodcut packaging is not damaged;;
4) The product has not been installed;
5) The prodcut must be accompanied by the invoice and this completed form;
6) Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

1) Returns with cash on delivery;
2) Items whose original packaging is found to be deteriorated (torn packaging, written or opened);
3) Already installed product.
