In accordance with applicable regulations, any purchase made on CLIMALED.fr may be subject to a right of withdrawal within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you have an additional maximum period of 14 days to return or hand back the concerned products. Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. For customers located in mainland France, a return service is available, charged at 8% of the total order amount, with a minimum of €50 (incl. VAT) and a maximum of €300 (incl. VAT). You may also return the goods using a carrier of your choice. Upon receipt of the returned items, a confirmation email will be sent to you. After verification and validation of the return conditions by our after-sales service, the refund will be issued. The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal notification, subject to the effective receipt of the returned goods. It will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. In order to ensure faster processing of your request, we kindly ask you to comply with all the conditions set out in our return and exchange policy.
1) The equipment must be returned in its original packaging with its straps, in perfect condition, accompanied by all accessories and instructions, if any, as well as the invoice and this completed form; 2) No damage to the product; 3) The prodcut packaging is not damaged;; 4) The product has not been installed; 5) The prodcut must be accompanied by the invoice and this completed form; 6) Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
1) Returns with cash on delivery; 2) Items whose original packaging is found to be deteriorated (torn packaging, written or opened); 3) Already installed product.
