Legal Warranty of Conformity and Manufacturer's Warranty

CLIMALED.fr as a distributor, all our products benefit from the Legal Warranty of Conformity (articles L217-1 and following of consumption Code), Warranty against the Hidden Defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil code) and also the Manufacture's Warranty.

All products are also carefully tested before being commercialized. However, if you notice an anomaly, you have an extended warranty period for a certain number of products - in addition to the 2-year legal warranty.

If it turns out that a problem is due to the equipment and not to a defect in installation or use, we will provide our customer with the necessary spare parts free of charge, in accordance with the warranty we grant.

Warranty Conditions and Excluded Items

Warranty is valid from the delivery date.

For the Warranty to be valid and accepted, in accordance with Article R543-78 of the Environmental Code is imposed for all items containing refrigerant gas that its commissioning is carried out by an approved refrigeration professional.

This is why, in order to preserve the manufacturer's guarantee, you must send us the CERFA document properly completed and stamped by the approved refrigeration installer who carries out the installation and/or commissioning.

The installer should also carefully follow the assembly instructions and maintenance advice. The warranty does not apply to items that are improperly stored, assembled or installed, improperly used, misused, tampered with or cleaned by improper methods or with improper cleaning products. The warranty does not apply if the item has been used in a public place or if it has been placed outdoors or in an environment that may cause corrosion. It also does not cover accidental damage.

CLIMALED.FR cannot be held responsible if the above mentioned conditions have not been respected or if the manufacturer refuses to apply its warranty.

Labour, transport, displacement of a technician, communications to the hotline of the brands are not covered by the guarantee.

Duration of the Warranty

In addition to the 2-year legal warranty, for a certain number of products, you have an extended warranty period, i.e. the manufacturer's warranty. In air conditioning equipment:

Daikin 3-year warranty on parts and 5-year warranty on the compressor.
Mitsubishi 3-year parts and 5-year compressor warranty
Fujitsu 3-year parts and 3-year compressor warranty
Daitsu 3-year parts and 3-year compressor warranty
Samsung 3 year parts warranty and 5 year compressor warranty
Panasonic 3-year parts and 5-year compressor warranty
Toshiba 3-year parts and 3-year compressor warranty

After-sales service procedure 

The customer must contact our customer service department by telephone, e-mail address [email protected] or via the "Contact" section.

In order to speed up the diagnosis, we do with the customer a screening of what could be at the origin of the anomaly. In addition to defining more precisely the anomaly, sometimes avoids costs of bringing a technician without necessity.

If the anomaly persists, we will send you an after-sales service form that you will have to fill out and attach to the installer's report indicating the tests performed and the defective parts.

You will then just have to return us the after-sales service form to than we can send you the parts needed for the repair covered or not by the warranty.
