Shipping of your package
CLIMALED.FR has been recognized to ensure a fast processing and shipment of orders with excellent packaging of the goods. Keeping our customers informed of order status at any time.
The shipment is mainly done by Dachser with tracking number, by appointment and delivered against signature in the recession. Smaller packages can also be shipped via TNT or another carrier under the same conditions.
Together with the order, you can find the respective invoice inherent to your purchase outside the box, inside a transparent plastic bag.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track your purchase. The tracking of your order through tracking number will only be possible after 24-48h.
In case of delivery problems or questions regarding the order, you must contact the entity in possession of your order. We'll also be contactable at any time to facilitate communication between the customer and the carrier.
Shipping fees include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected. Large items are also shipped on a pallet.
Due to their nature and/or size, some items will not be available for immediate shipment.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
Terms and conditions of delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the customer (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Our carriers are mandated to drop off the packages, in your presence, in front of your house, or, at the foot of your building. The delivery service does not include the installation and/or collection of the old equipment and, the delivery of the new device is only done at ground level, i.e. in the case of a delivery to places where access is by stairs / elevators, the device is left at the door of the building (building, shopping center, ...).
In the case of a delivery with several brands of products, will have to wait until all the articles are available or it can be carried out in several times.
CLIMALED.FR could not be called into question and held responsible for the consequences of any event beyond its control, in particular cases of force majeure or due to the carrier or the manufacturer, which would tend to delay or prevent the delivery of the ordered products.
Delays in delivery may under no circumstances result in the payment of damages to the customer or its service providers.
Delivery times
The delivery time of each item that can be viewed on the page of each product is a forecast of delivery to metropolitan France, this forecast is based on the normal operation of all entities involved in the shipment and delivery of the order.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment and, if applicable, the legally required documents for pre-loaded equipment containing refrigerants.
In the event of foreseeable extension of the delivery time appearing on the order confirmation, CLIMALED.FR undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and by any means so that the customer can then choose to maintain or cancel all or part of his order.
Order cancellation in case of delivery delay
In the event of failure to meet the deadline mentioned on the order confirmation, the customer may inform us of the intention to cancel by e-mail or by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address:

The cancellation will be taken into account by CLIMALED.FR only if the shipment or the delivery did not take place between the sending and the reception of the aforementioned e-mail or letter.
Reception of the goods
Upon receipt of the goods, you must carefully check the package(s) and verify the contents in the presence of the deliveryman before signing the proof of delivery.
It is the deliveryman's duty to wait for you to check the goods condition. If, for any reason, the deliveryman does not give you the necessary time, you must refuse the delivery and not sign the document.
If the delivered products are damaged (breakage, shock, deformation....) you must refuse the package(s) and not sign the proof of delivery. The parcel(s) will be returned to us and you will be delivered again free of charge.
In order to speed up the processing of the incidence please inform us of the delivery refusal through the contact form, section "Contact us", by email or phone us, recalling the details of your order.
Attention:
Please note that the responsibility for checking the packaging and the condition of the goods at the time of delivery lies with the recipient.
As soon as you sign the delivery note, without any precise reserve, the responsibilities of the carrier and CLIMALED.FR will be released.
In the absence of precise reserves on the delivery note, the goods will be considered as delivered in conformity and consequently, any complaint related to the state of the products will not be able to be approved (Article L 133-3 of the Commercial Code).
The mention "subject to unpacking" has no legal value and cannot be taken into account for the complaint process.
